KOVRA™ Return & Refund Policy

30-DAY RETURN POLICY
We offer a 30-day return policy from the date you receive your order. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return it within 30 days for a full refund.

ELIGIBILITY
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition you received it. It must also be in its original packaging.

HOW TO INITIATE A RETURN
Contact us at contact@getkovra.com within 30 days of receiving your order. Include your order number and reason for return. We will provide you with return instructions within 48 hours.

RETURN SHIPPING COSTS
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. We recommend using a trackable shipping service. KOVRA™ is not responsible for items lost during return shipping.

REFUNDS
Once we have confirmed that your return shipment has been dispatched and a tracking number has been provided, we will process your full refund within 3 to 5 business days. Refunds are issued to the original payment method.

NON-RETURNABLE ITEMS
Items that show signs of use, damage caused by the customer, or items returned after 30 days are not eligible for a refund.

WRONG OR DEFECTIVE ITEMS
If you received a defective or incorrect item, contact us at contact@getkovra.com. We will send a replacement or issue a full refund at no additional cost to you.

PRODUCT WARRANTY
KOVRA™ products are covered by a 30-day warranty against manufacturing defects from the date of receipt. This warranty does not cover damage caused by misuse, accidents, or normal wear and tear.
