KOVRA™ Shipping Policy

WHERE DO WE SHIP?
We currently ship to the United States and Canada.

PROCESSING TIME
All orders are processed within 24 hours of payment confirmation. Orders placed on weekends are processed the next business day.

DELIVERY TIME
Standard delivery: 7 to 12 business days from the date of shipment. Please note that delivery times may vary due to customs clearance, carrier delays, or peak periods.

SHIPPING COST
Free shipping on all orders. No minimum purchase required.

ORDER TRACKING
Every order includes free tracking. Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with your tracking number. You can use this number to follow your package at any time.

SHIPPING ORIGIN
Orders are shipped from our fulfillment center in China. International shipping is handled by standard carriers (WB Standard).

CUSTOMS & DUTIES
For US and Canadian customers, import duties and taxes may apply depending on your local regulations. These fees are the responsibility of the customer. KOVRA™ is not responsible for delays caused by customs.

LOST OR DELAYED PACKAGES
If your package has not arrived within 15 business days of the estimated delivery date, please contact us at contact@getkovra.com and we will investigate immediately.
