ORDERS
By placing an order, you confirm that you are at least 18 years of age and that all information provided is accurate and complete. We reserve the right to cancel any order at our discretion, in which case you will receive a full refund.

PAYMENT

PRODUCT WARRANTY
KOVRA™ products are covered by a 30-day warranty against manufacturing defects from the date of receipt. This warranty does not cover damage caused by misuse, accidents, unauthorized modifications, or normal wear and tear.

INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY
All content on getkovra.com including text, images, logos, graphics, and product designs is the exclusive property of KOVRA™ and may not be reproduced, distributed, or used without prior written permission.

LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
KOVRA™ shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from the use or inability to use our products or website. Our maximum liability is limited to the purchase price of the product in question.
